bergenPAC Appoints New Chairman of the Board
bergenPAC, located at 30 N Van Brunt Street in Englewood, NJ announced at its October 18, 2016 Board of Trustees meeting that Edmondo Schwartz was stepping down as Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and current President, Chris Yegen, will be taking over the Chairman position. Additionally, Dominic Roncace, CEO of bergenPAC, will now also take on the role of President.
Edmondo Schwartz stated, “It has been an honor for me to serve as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Bergen Performing Arts Center. We have come a long way in the last 13 years. I have seen the organization grow to present over 200 events a year and have its performing arts school and theater serve more than 35,000 area children this past year alone. This never could have been accomplished without a dedicated board of directors and a great operating staff. I believe the organization will continue to grow under the leadership of Chris Yegen and Dominic Roncace along with the help of its board and staff”.
Chris Yegen added, “Edmondo Schwartz, as one of the original co-founders of bergenPAC in 2003, and having recently served a six-year term as Chairman of the Board of Trustees, has given an extraordinary amount of his time and expertise to help bring bergenPAC from its beginning to where it is today. Everyone affiliated with the Performing Arts Center and the community as a whole owes a debt of gratitude to Edmondo for his commitment and for a job very well done. Also, Dominic has done a great job as CEO of bergenPAC the last four and a half years and it is a natural with his extensive operations background throughout his career for him to assume the role of President also”.

About Chris Yegen
Chris Yegen is one of the original co-founders of bergenPAC in 2003, and is the owner of the Yegen Companies, which specializes in the acquisition, renovation, and conversion of multi-family housing in the Tri-State Area. An active supporter of the arts, Mr. Yegen has been a member of the board of trustees of the Roundabout Theatre in New York City for over 20 years.
About Dominic Roncace
Mr. Roncace has more than 30 years of experience developing, managing and overseeing amphitheaters, clubs, theaters, and performing arts centers throughout the United States including all aspects of design, development, construction, start-up and operations. He is known as an exceptional operator and innovator with extensive knowledge in every aspect of the live entertainment industry. Earlier in his career he was a key executive on two major NJ public/private partnerships, the BB&T Pavilion in Camden, NJ, and the PNC Bank Arts Center, Holmdel NJ with the NJEDA and NJHA as partners. Dominic previously held the post of Chief Operating Officer at Clear Channel Entertainment, Music (now Live Nation) the largest company of its kind in the world.
