Admission Time:

Doors open one hour prior to show time listed on your ticket.

The bergenPAC has a snack bar with candies and snacks available prior to show as well as a fully stocked bar for both alcoholic and soft drinks. We do not allow outside food to be brought into the venue.


Cameras and other recording devices are strictly prohibited and may be removed by the Center at its discretion. Please silence cell phones prior to entering the Center.

Hearing Assist Systems:

The main floor is accessible to patrons using wheel chairs and also includes raised arm seating. Contact the box office for more information and seating. For more for more information about bergenPAC's Accessibility Services, click here.


There is an ATM located in the bergenPAC lobby near the concession area. Service fees may apply.

Sandy Bennett Art Gallery:

On the balcony mezzanine level is our gallery which hosts a rotating schedule of exhibits from local artists. For more information about the Sandy Bennett Art Gallery, click here>>

Drapkin Cabaret & Lounge:

Off the main lobby, this room is ideal for hosting private parties and pre-show receptions. This is the site of children’s theater, lounge for members, and jazz and cabaret performance nights.

Rental Information:

The main theater, the art gallery and the Drapkin Cabaret & Lounge are all available for rent. Please call the main theater number for more information.

Refund/Exchanges and Inclement Weather Policy

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. In the event the performance is postponed/rescheduled, patrons will have the option to receive a refund or retain their tickets and use them at the rescheduled performance. All tickets from the originally scheduled performance will be honored at the rescheduled date. When a performance is cancelled, refunds will be issued at the original point of purchase.

Firearms and Other Weapons Policy

The safety and well-being of our patrons are of the utmost importance to us.

Please be aware that firearms and other weapons are not permitted in the venue and/or public spaces owned or operated by Bergen Performing Arts Center, Inc. (bergenPAC or The Performing Arts School at bergenPAC). 


The Performing Arts School

The Performing Arts School provides arts education to students age 3 months to 21 years throughout Northern New Jersey. With classes in all types of performing arts, outreach programs throughout the state, and programming for children with special needs, every donation helps create more opportunities for new artists.
