A standard on stage event at bergenPAC typically costs an average of $25,000 per date. Below you will find a breakdown of mandatory fees and add-on services.

Daily Licensing Fees

Monday-Wednesday
• $4,000 (Nonprofit)
• $5,000 (Commercial)

Thursday - Sunday
• $5,000 (Nonprofit)
• $6,500 (Commerical)

Holiday Dates
• $8,000 (Regardless of the day of the week or non-profit status)

Rent includes use of the mainstage theater and lobby* (Murray Lobby, and Spotlight Cabaret Extended Lobby), as well as a website listing, announce/on-sale e-blasts and social media post to promote your event.

*Use of the lobby areas during a mainstage theater rental include standard functions such as ticketing, merchandise, and concessions. Additional functions such as a post/pre-show reception are subject to additional charges.

*Proof of nonprofit status must be presented to bergenPAC in order to qualify for the nonprofit rate.

Artist Sells: 75/25 soft merch ; 90/10 hard.
bergenPAC Sells: 65/35 soft merch; 90/10 hard + $100 per seller fee on top

Soft Merch Examples: Clothing, hats, tote bags, etc.
Hard Merch Examples: Posters, CDs, DVDs, books, meet and greet add-ons, etc.

Rental Payment terms:
bergenPAC requires a 50% deposit and signed rental agreement for an event to be considered officially confirmed. Please note, a show cannot be announced or placed on sale until the date is officially confirmed.

Schedule:
Deposit: 50% of the total estimated costs with signed contract
Balance: Due 1 month prior to the event date

Insurance Requirements:
Event renters must carry at least $1 million in liability and property damage insurance, with bergenPAC named as an additional insured. A certificate of insurance must be provided to bergenPAC at least one week before the event.

The Legends Lounge is a private room located off of the Murray Lobby. The Legends Lounge includes a private bathroom and bar.

• Capacity: 35 (standing), 25 (seated)
• Fee: $500 per day

This open studio space is located backstage of the theater above the dressing rooms.
