
bergenPAC offers a unique venue for presenting fully staged performances, corporate events or large-scale meetings. Facility use rates are for one day, one event, taking place between 8 am and midnight.
FACILITIES AVAILABLE:
Auditorium: Seating Capacity 1,367 seats
Entrance lobby: Tables available to distribute information, sell CDs or promotional items relating to performance/event.
The Drapkin Family Cabaret: Charming 40' x 25' room adjoining lobby is available for pre and post event receptions, refreshments or private meetings.
Intermezzo Gallery: 60' x 20' balcony mezzanine level gallery offers post-event refreshment area amid art exhibit of NJ artists.
MARKETING YOUR EVENT
We want your attraction to be a success. Once a contract is signed and a deposit is made, the theater’s Marketing Department will provide the following to help promote your event based upon staffing resources:
- Poster Box Rental: As space/demand allows, we will put posters up on a rotating basis
- List your event on this website
- Provide a hyperlink to your website from ours, if desired
- Set up real-time online ticket sales, provided you are using our Box Office to sell tickets
- List your event in a calendar that is distributed in our Box Office
- Provide a free listing on our electronic marquee on the day of the event
- Place an ad in our program
- List your event in the calendar section of our playbill
- Place your flyers in the Box Office
No additional events at competing venues may be advertised.
