BergenPAC’s Restaurant and Hotel Partnership Make a difference in your community by supporting the theater and our mission to bring the arts and arts education to our children and families – your customers and clients We cordially invite you to share in the exciting growth of bergenPAC by partnering with the theater. Knowing that many businesses have limited discretionary and philanthropic dollars, we have designed the Restaurant and Hotel Partnership Program so you can strategically invest those funds in a way that helps the community AND helps grow your business. The Partnership gives your business exposure to sold-out audiences, world renowned entertainers and exclusive benefits that only the region’s leading cultural center can provide. bergenPAC Partnership Benefits 1) Addition to bergenPAC Website – Over 30,000 people visit our website monthly and 40% of our ticket sales are online A portion of the bergenPAC website is dedicated to our “Preferred Restaurants and Hotels.” Within this portion there is information on the restaurant/hotel location, contact details, cuisine, and website links. Great opportunity to advertise any pre-theater or package deals with the theater. 2) Preferred Restaurant and Hotel Distribution List A list of bergenPAC preferred restaurants and hotels goes out to all ticket-holders – available to all of bergenPAC’s 150,000 patrons and visitors, in addition to the thousands of people that pass through the theater lobby each year for our education program, dance recitals, theater rentals, and open-days when tours of the theater are offered to the public. 3) Special Package or Discount Options to Clientele By partnering with bergenPAC, restaurants and hotels have the opportunity to purchase tickets for non-premium, non-rental performances at a 10% discount, which can be offered as part of a custom package to their patrons. Tickets can be re-released to the theater up to three weeks prior to performance at no additional cost. 4) Recognition as bergenPAC Preferred Caterer As part of the Restaurant and Hotel Partnership, bergenPAC will recognize participating restaurants as preferred caterers for special events and artists. 5) Making a Difference to the Community…One Business at a Time By partnering with bergenPAC, restaurants and hotels will play an integral role in supporting programs such as our pioneering Arts Education Program which reaches out to thousands of children and under-privileged families each year through a subsidized ticket program, dance workshops, theater workshops, artist residencies, and more. This funding will allow bergenPAC to continue to change the lives of the community through arts, education, and outreach, while at the same time, work to boost the local economy, further contributing to the recent renaissance of downtown Englewood.
